Year Six
Mr Walker and Miss Brown share the teaching for Year Six
A few useful points:
- Year 6 pupils have a Planner where they make notes about home learning and keep important login codes for learning sites. They are expected to bring it every day.
- Homework is set for all Year 6 pupils. This is in preparation for secondary school expectations. If work is not completed in time, pupils are asked to do so during their own time at break or lunch.
- We encourage pupils to bring in an equipped pencil case. This is good practice in preparation for secondary school.
- Year 6 PE lessons take place on Monday and Tuesday. We expect pupils to come to school in appropriate PE kit on both of these days.
- We expect all families to be connected to the Year 6 DOJO as this is frequently used to send messages home and to set homework.
